How do I receive the coupon?

The coupon is sent as a PDF to the provided e-mail address. Upon request, the coupon can be printed on Auf Wunsch wird der Gutschein auf einem hochwertigen Papier gedruckt & per Post versendet (Postversand: 2-3 Tage innerhalb von Österreich, es entstehen keine Portokosten).

Can I buy a coupon as a gift?

OF COURSE. The coupon can be used by friends or family.

Can I purchase multiple coupons?

YES! However, only ONE coupon per person and per course can be used.
Conditions: All sales are final. Coupon cannot be redeemed for cash. Expiration date printed on coupon. One coupon per person. Not liable for printing errors or misprints.

How can I use the coupon?

Each coupon has a singular Coupon Number. This number can be entered directly during online registration and the discount will be automatically subtracted from your total. When registering in person, bring along your coupon, which will be noted on your registration form.

What happens when my purchase is worth less than my coupon?

The remaining balance on your coupon will remain. The remaining balance can always be accessed by using the coupon number.

When do I get access to the online campus?

You will receive your log-in (access information) for your personal online Academy Account directly after registering. In contrast to many other educational institutions, you will have access to your Academy Account and all of the study materials forever!

How much time do I have to complete my exams?

Depending on the type of course, you have between 6 months and one year to complete your exams. This period begins from the official start date of the course or after the last classroom unit of your course, depending on your course modality (Online, Blended Learning or Classroom).

Can I buy a course with the current discount and begin the course at a later date?

Yes, this is possible. Just select "start at a later date" before you click the Purchase Now button.

Is an installment plan possible?

Yes, installment plan payments are an option with us. Depending on your course you have between 6 and 10 monthly payments. We do not add any additional fees or interest!

What kind of study materials do I receive?

Upon registering you will receive access to your Academy Account, your online campus where you can find all of your course materials. Texts, presentations used in the classroom, as well as the video lessons for each subject.

Can the bill be made out to a company?

This is no problem! Just provide the necessary information for the company. We will complete the bill with your desired information.

How do the courses work?

1. Registriation for your desired course
2. You will receive after registration a confirmation and the log-in information for your online Academy Account.
3. The start of your course depends on your course modality. It can begin immediately or on a desired start date.
4. Course materials, information and the online video lessons are available on your Academy Account.
5. Study phase - depending on your course modality, this is with in-person classroom units, e-learning or a combination of the two.
6. Complete your exams - You decide when you are ready to take your exams. The exams for the individual subjects of the Basic Knowledge Module are completed online, and depending on your course, an online final exam for the course may also be necessary. Practical (oral) exams are scheduled through your Academy Account and take place on predetermined exam dates at our exam locations.
